Word on the street is that Audi is releasing an all-new A3 Concept that will knock your socks off. We were fortunate enough to get our hands on some of the sketches, as the notchback sportster sits squatted low at the ground ready to dip in and out of lanes like the Mini’s in the “Italian Job.”
Audi has described the new A3 concept as a “4-seater notchback sedan”, as it measures 174.84 inches long, and 6 inches longer than the current five-door A3. The front face of the notchback features Audi’s more aggressive nose, complete with full LED headlamps and new trapezoidal grille.
The car was designed to be a fast and agile “four-door coupe”.
The A3 Concept is stocked with a turbo-charged 5-cylinder engine, which we assume was taken from the TT-RS. It pushes out 408 horsepower through the famous Quattro all-wheel-drive system. We are really liking the side profile!
The car will make its public debut at the Geneva Auto Show. Stay tuned to Motor Lounge for more information as we receive it!
